Property in Andalucia

Welcome to Starbuys - property sales in Sevilla, Granada and Malaga provinces, Andalucia.

But why Spain?

Thinking about making the jump is a lot more difficult than actually making it. After landing you'll wonder what all the fuss was about. We're here to make your landing as smooth as possible. We understand your fears and doubts.

With Spain it's not just the property, but a way of life. When you buy in Spain you buy what you'd buy anywhere else in the world: the culture, the climate, the neighbourhood, the people in the neighboudhood, the social attitude and a whole lot more but in Spain what does that mean.

It means a warm friendly attitude. Family traditions thrive where everyone dotes on children. You've only to wheel a pram into a cafe, restaurant or bar to see them welcome the baby. Children have the faces of children and play and act as children should. Three and four generations of the family all sit down together to eat in restaurants, bars and cafes.

Parents and grand parents sit round the town square to watch their children play without being intimidated and the young actually show respect to the old.

Cost of living is affordable and for pounds read euros. I've lost count how many times I've been told by those who've made the jump that they could not afford to live in their northern European countries of origin. Buying a property in Spain is, also, about living in Spain and not, only, to be seen as a financial investment.

A fast developing infrastructure joins villages, towns and cities, yet, maintains a healthy distance and I have heard nothing but praise for medical and dental provision. Spain enjoys a healthy culture and traditions and festivals are a way of life from village to city. Something's always going on. Wherever you choose to live comes alive at festival time and weeks before everyone works together in its preparation to make it all happen. There really is a community atmosphere. I've witnessed it time and time again.

With Spain it really isn't about just the property or financial investment but about a way of life.
